Is every piece handmade?Yes. Every Zaria Ritual piece is designed and handmade by me in my studio in Germany. Small variations and traces of the making process are part of what makes each piece special.
Are your pieces one of a kind?Some pieces are completely one of a kind, while others can be made again in small quantities. Because I work by hand with enamel, natural stones, and pearls, no two pieces will ever be exactly identical.
Can I request a custom piece?Yes! I’m happy to discuss custom pieces, different colors, sizes, or variations of existing designs. Send me a message with your idea and we can see what’s possible.
What materials do you use?I mainly work with silver, enamel, natural gemstones, and pearls, as well as stainless steel and gold or gold-plated elements in selected designs. The exact materials used are always listed on each product page.
How should I care for my jewelry?Keep your jewelry away from perfumes, chemicals, and excessive moisture. Store it somewhere dry when you’re not wearing it. Enamel and natural stones can be delicate, so avoid dropping or knocking your piece against hard surfaces.
What is your return policy?I want you to love your Zaria Ritual piece. If you change your mind, you can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unworn and in their original condition. Please contact me before sending your return.
Please note that custom-made or personalized pieces cannot usually be returned, unless they arrive damaged or there is an issue with the order
